Shipping policy

 

All orders containing only premade items will generally ship within 7–14 business days of purchase. Please check the product description for any specific shipping information.

Orders containing preorder items will generally ship within 4 weeks of purchase but may take up to 5–6 weeks depending on production and fulfillment times.

Orders containing both premade and preorder items may ship together once all items are ready.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. Please allow the shipping carrier time to update tracking after your order has been shipped.

Shipping Delays

Laveum is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Incorrect Addresses

Please make sure your shipping information is correct before placing your order.

We are not responsible for orders that are delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If an order is returned to sender because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped and handed over to the shipping carrier, Laveum is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen during transit.

If tracking shows that your package was delivered to the address provided at checkout, we are not responsible for the package if it cannot be located.

If you purchase shipping insurance, claims may be reviewed depending on the circumstances. Proof or other evidence may be required.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. We may not be able to change your order or shipping information after it has been placed.

Because all sales are final and we do not offer returns or exchanges, please make sure you select the correct items and shipping information before checking out.

We reserve the right to cancel fraudulent or suspicious orders, as well as cancel orders at our discretion.
